About Jake Caylor
A graduate from the University of Alabama in 2002 and proudly call myself a serial entrepreneur. Most of my career has been in oil and gas, managing large turnarounds and capital construction projects. Originally from Pensacola, Florida, I moved my family to Mont Belvieu, Texas in 2011. We’ve built our life here—raising our kids and growing businesses rooted in this community.My wife Courtney and I have been married 22 years and are raising four amazing kids: Laney Grace, Hank, Duke, and Beau. Living here gives me a unique perspective—not just as a developer, but as a husband and father who values community and long-term growth.
I focus on residential and commercial development, specializing in land acquisition and site selection. I work with developers, businesses, and investors to move projects forward—from planning and zoning to infrastructure and build-out—leveraging strong local connections and experience.
When I’m not working, I enjoy golfing with my kids, coaching youth sports, writing songs on my Gibson, and taking RV trips back to the beach.
